泰式鲜豆包碎

材料
鲜豆包10块、红指天椒3只、子姜碎1小匙、红辣椒1只、九层塔叶1⁄2碗
10 pcs fresh gluten, 3 red chili padi, 1 tsp chopped young ginger, 1 red chili, 1⁄2 bowl basil 1 leaves

调味料
Seri-Aji多用途咖喱粉1小匙、糖1⁄2小匙、素蚝油2小匙、生抽1大匙、胡椒粉1⁄2小匙
1 tsp Seri-Aji curry powder, 1⁄2 tsp sugar, 2 tsp vegetarian oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce,1⁄2 tsp pepper

做法
1.将豆包切小丁,红辣椒切圈。(图1)
1.Dice fresh gluten, slice red chili. (pic 1)

2.指天辣切斜段。
2.Cut chili padi slantwise.

3.烧热1汤匙油,爆香子姜碎和红辣椒碎。(图2)
3.Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, sauté chopped ginger and red chili until fragrant.(pic 2)

4.加入鲜豆包丁于锅中炒匀,再加入指天椒和调味料炒均匀,最后加入九层塔叶略拌匀即可上碟。(图3-4)
4.Toss in fresh gluten and then pour in chili padi and seasoning, stir-fry until well mix, toss in basil leaves and dish out.(pic 3-4)
