    Step 1

    将烧肉切片备用。Cut roasted pork into slices.

    Step 2

    芦笋切成同样长短,准备一锅水加点盐,将切好的芦笋川烫,捞起沥干水份排在碟里。Cut asparagus into same length and blanch in salted boiling water and drain; arrange in plate.

    Step 3

    烧热1汤匙油,爆香姜、洋葱、蒜和辣椒干,加入调味料炒匀,然后倒入烧肉片炒至稍微干身,盛起放在芦笋上即可享用。Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, saute ginger, onion, garlic and dried chilli until fragrant; toss in seasoning and then add in roasted meat and stir-fry until a bit dry up; dish out and place on top of asparagus, done.
