    Directions

    Step 1

    把蘸酱混合煮至滚后收入冰箱。Combine the dipping sauce ingredients together and bring to a simmering boil; and then chill in fridge.

    Step 2

    把面糊材料混合均匀即可。Mixes batter ingredients till just combined.

    Step 3

    分批把花瓣和水果沾面粉后沾面糊。Work in batches to dip the fruits and flowers in the flour. Shake off excess flour and dip into batter.

    Step 4

    以热油把花瓣和水果炸至脆即可,滴干油。Lower into hot oil and fry till crispy but only very lightly coloured. Dish out and drain from oil.

    Step 5

    配冷藏的蘸酱吃。Serve with chilled dipping sauce.
