    嫩滑的竹筒蒸鸡肉吸收了竹子清香后更加鲜美,浓浓竹香,食之不腻。

    Step 1

    起锅热油,把研磨香料、香茅及疯柑叶爆香至出油。Heat oil in a wok and saute ground spices,lemongrass pieces and kaffir lime leaves until oil rises and is aromatic.

    Step 2

    加入鸡肉,炒均。Add in chicken and stir well to combine.

    Step 3

    加入盐和糖,然后加入清水和淡奶,炒均后焖煮15-20分钟,然后盛出。Add sugar and salt to mix then add in water followed by evaporated milk.Stir well to combine. Simmer for 15-20 minutes then dish out.

    Step 4

    把香蕉叶铺在竹筒里,然后把鸡肉料装入至满。Line the bamboo cups with banana leaf,fill in chicken mixture.

    Step 5

    蒸20分钟或至鸡肉熟透。Steam for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
