烟肉卷汉堡Bacon Wrapped Burger

【烟肉饼材料】可做6-8个
猪肉碎600克、烟肉50克(剁碎)、大葱1粒(剁碎)、干牛至草1茶匙、狄绒芥末酱2茶匙、A蛋1粒(打散)、软面包糠35克、cheddar芝士茸30克、盐和胡椒粉适量、白糖1汤匙

【配料】
汉堡包6-8个、美乃滋½碗、烟肉12-16片、番茄、青瓜(切片)、芝士片、生菜

【烟肉饼做法】
1.把所有材料以手混合均匀。(图1-2)
2.把肉馅做成圆饼状,约135-150克重,和所用汉堡包一样大小,然后以2片烟肉交叉綑好,再放入冰箱30分钟。(图3)
3.先蒸烟肉饼5分钟,再用少许油以小火煎至两边金黄色。(图4)

【组合】
把汉堡包打横切开,涂牛油烤香,然后涂少许美奶滋,放上生菜、黄瓜、番茄、芝士片,最顶端是煎烟肉猪肉饼,再淋上辣椒酱和烧烤酱,盖上汉堡包即可。(图5-8)

Bacon Patties Ingredients】for 6-8 portions
600g minced pork, 50 g bacon(chopped), 1 big onion(finely chopped), 1 tsp each dried oregano,2 tsps Dijon mustard, 1 “Grade A” egg(beaten), 35 g fresh breadcrumbs, salt & pepper to taste, 1 Tbsp sugar

【Sub-Ingredients】
6-8 burger buns,1⁄2 bowl mayonaise,12-16 pieces smoked bacon, 2 tomatoes (sliced), 1 cucumber (sliced), 6-8 slices Cheese, lettuce leaves

【Method for Bacon Patties】
1.Combine all burger patties ingredients and mix with damp hands.(pic 1-2)
2.Form into round patties about 135-150 g each, same size as the burger bun. Wrap each patty with 2 bacon slices to cover the burger. Chill for 30 minutes. (pic 3-4)
3.Steam bacon patties for 5 minutes before pan fry the with some oil over low heat until both side turn brown and crispy.(pic 4)

【To Assemble Burger】
Lay a layer of bun, top with some mayonnaise spread, lettuce leaf, cucumber, totatoes and cheese slice, bacon wrapped burger patties & chilly sauce or bbq sauce. Cover with the burger bun.(pic 5-8)64537821Bacon Wrapped Burger
