烤杂蔬Grilled Assorted Vege

【材料】
南瓜80克、红萝卜1条,青、红、黄灯笼椒各½粒、洋葱1粒、樱桃番茄8粒、蒜头1整粒、马铃薯1粒、鲜菇5朵

【调味料】
盐、胡椒粉及细糖适量、橄榄油2汤匙、鲜百里香适量

【做法】
1.把南瓜洗净留皮切块;红萝卜去皮滚刀切;灯笼椒滚刀切;洋葱切瓣;蒜头去衣;马铃薯洗净留皮滚刀切;鲜菇切半备用。(图1)
2.以滚水煮马铃薯和红萝卜至八分熟,滴干。(图2)
3.将所有材料混合,拌入调味料。(图3-4)
4.把烤炉预热至180°C,放入杂蔬, 烤20分钟至表面微焦即可。(图5-6)

【Ingredients】
80g pumpkin, 1 carrot, ½ each of green, red & yellow capsicum, 1 yellow onion, 8 pcs cherry tomatoes, 1 whole garlic, 1 potato, 5 pcs fresh Shitake mushroom

【Seasoning】
Dash of salt, black pepper & castor sugar, 2 tbsp olive oil

【Method】
1.Wash pumpkin with skin, cut into pieces, peel carrot and cut wedges, cut capsicums and onion into wedges, peel garlic; wash potato with skin and cut wedges, halve fresh mushroom.(pic 1)
2.Hard boil potato with carrot until 80% cooked.(pic 2)
3.Mixes all ingredients with seasoning.(pic 3-4)
4.Pre-heat oven at 180°C, put in assorted Vege and bake for 20 minutes or until slightly burnt, done. (pic 5-6)
