这道无论大人或小孩都喜欢的烤芝士蘑菇薯泥,记得马铃薯要去皮蒸熟,要趁热压成泥。

    Directions

    Step 1

    将马铃薯蒸熟压成泥,加入所有薯泥材料拌匀。Boil potato and mash it with all its ingredients.

    Step 2

    烧热1大匙牛油炒香所有馅料,加入调味料炒匀即可上碟。Sauté all filling ingredients with butter and season to taste.

    Step 3

    将薯泥(剩下¼薯泥铺面用)铺满整个已抹油的烤盘中,中间放入已炒好的馅料,再铺上剩下的薯泥压平,放上芝士碎。Spread mashed potato on greased baking tray (reserve ¼ for topping),put filling in the centre, and top with the remaining mashed potato, press until levelled and sprinkle cheese on top.

    Step 4

    放入已预热的烤炉,用180℃至200℃烘至焦黄色,趁热享用。Bake in pre heated oven at 180℃-200℃ until golden brown. Serve hot.
