烧肉炒芥兰Braised Roasted Pork with Kai Lan

【材料】
芥兰400克、烧肉200克、蒜茸2瓣(剁碎)

【调味料】
A:1⁄2茶匙鸡精粉、1汤匙绍兴酒
B:豆酱1⁄2 茶匙(剁碎)、黑酱油1茶匙、麻油1茶匙、生抽1汤匙、糖1茶匙

【做法】
1.将芥兰川烫过,捞起沥干备用。
2.将烧肉斩小件备用。
3.锅中烧热2汤匙油,放入芥兰和调味料A快速兜匀盛出。
4.另外烧热1汤匙油,爆香蒜茸、1⁄2豆酱茸,加入烧肉炒香。
5.加入其余调味料B拌炒均匀,盛出放在芥兰旁边。

【Ingredients】
400g Kai Lan, 200g roasted pork, 2 pips garlic(chopped)

【Seasoning】
A:1⁄2 tsp chicken powder, 1 tbsp cooking wine
B:1⁄2 tsp soy bean paste (chopped), 1 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar

【Method】
1.Blanch broccoli in boiling water, drain.
2.Cut toasted meat into small pieces.
3.Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, stir-fry broccoli with seasoning A,dish out.
4.Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, sauté garlic until fragrant, toss in soy bean paste and roasted pork, stir well.
5.Pour in remaining seasonings B and stir well, dish out and place beside fried Kai Lan.
