    烧鸭肉除了配饭以外也可以搭配其它材料炒出别的风味,一盘菜肴里食材多样就有不同层次的口感。

    Step 1

    用滚水川烫红萝卜和芦笋,滴干。Blanch carrot and asparagus in boiling water briefly, Drain.

    Step 2

    起锅热麻油,把姜爆香,然后加入烧鸭肉、调味料和所有川烫过的蔬菜及山药。Heat sesame oil in a wok,sauté ginger till aromatic. Add roast duck meat,seasoning and all the blanched vegetables and huai shan.

    Step 3

    大火炒均后赞入花雕酒即可盛出。Toss and fry briskly over high heat then splash in Shao Xing wine and dish out.
