    Step 1

    米粉略为压碎,放入滚油中炸脆,捞起沥油,盛在深碗中。Press vermicelli until crushed slightly, deep fry in hot oil until crispy, dish out and drain; and then place in a deep bowl.

    Step 2

    把烧鸭、辣椒、青葱切丝,连同花生碎,放在米粉上。Shredded roasted duck, red chili and spring onion, place together with roasted peanut on top of vermicelli.

    Step 3

    把汤料煲滚,淋上米粉上,便可趁热享用。Bring soup ingredients to boil, pour soup over vermicelli and serve.
