照烧鸡意粉 Teriyaki Chicken Spaghetti

【材料】

A:去骨鸡腿肉(以适量日本酱油腌妥)、照烧鸡酱50克、意大利面条170克(根据包装指示烫熟)

B:橄榄油40毫升、 葱茸20克、蒜茸5克、蒜片5克、海苔10克(切碎)

C:鸡高汤150毫升

D:美乃滋酱5克、洋莞荽茸1克

【调味料】

盐和胡椒粉适量

【做法】

1.将鸡肉烤熟后,放入日式照烧酱内煮3分钟至入味备用。(图1-2)

2.另外起锅热橄榄油,把材料B 炒至出味。加入鸡高汤煮至滚,加入调味料。(图3)

3.再加入意大利面条,煮至满意程度即可盛入碟子里。(图4)

4.把照烧鸡切片后放在意大利面条上,挤上美乃滋酱,撒上洋莞荽即可享用。

【Ingredients】

A:1pcs chicken chop (marinated with shoyu), 50ml teriyaki sauce, 170g spaghetti (boil to al-dente)

B:40 ml olive oil, 20g chopped onion, 5g chopped garlic, 5g garlic sliced, 10g Wakame(chopped)

C:150 ml chicken stock

D: 5g mayonnaise, 1g chopped parsley

【Seasoning】

salt to taste, pepper powder

【Method】

1.Grill chicken chop to golden brown and braised in Teriyaki sauce for 3 minutes, set aside.(pic 1-2)

2.Meanwhile, heat up a frying pan, add in olive oil and stir fry ingredients B until flavored. Add in chicken stock and bring it to boil, season with salt and pepper.(pic 3)

3.Add spaghetti into frying pan and stir fry until perfection. Then place on a plate gently.(pic 4)

4.Slice the Teriyaki chicken and place on top of spaghetti, drizzle with mayonnaise. Garnish with chopped parsley and ready to serve.
