    Step 1

    将面粉、可可粉、小苏打和盐筛入碗中,搅拌均匀。Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl and mix well.

    Step 2

    准备另一个碗,将蜂蜜和黄糖搅拌均匀备用。In another bowl, mix honey and brown sugar, set aside.

    Step 3

    把Echte Boter有盐牛油放入Khind立式搅拌机碗中,以中速打发牛油至变白。加入糖,搅拌均匀3-4分钟继续打发至膨松。Cream the Echte Boter Salted butter in Khind Stand Mixer with paddle attachment on medium low speed till pale. Add in the sugar mixture and mix for 3-4 mins till fluffy.

    Step 4

    加入鸡蛋,以低速打发最多15秒。Add in the egg and mix on low speed for 15 second maximum.

    Step 5

    分开两次加入面粉,每次搅拌最多15秒。Add in the flour mixture separately by 2 times, and mix 15 second maximum for each time.

    Step 6

    加入Cottura巧克力块与橙皮,以刮刀搅拌均匀。Cottura Chocolate Bar(cut into pieces) and orange peel to be mix in by hand with a spatula.

    Step 7

    将面团放入冰箱30分钟,之后分成12粒。Rest the dough in the chiller for 30 minutes, then shape it into 12 balls.

    Step 8

    在面团上放一些橙皮,轻轻按压一下。Top the dough with some extra orange peel and gently pressing them to stick on the dough.

    Step 9

    放入Khind电子烤箱烘烤20-23分钟即可。Baked for 20-23 minutes and it's ready to serve.
