    猪肠粉的蒸制与沙河粉相似,以竹窝盛稀米浆蒸成薄粉皮,再将粉皮卷起成长条形,因其状如猪肠而得名,也称“卷粉”,以特别嫩滑为著称。

    Step 1

    将全部材料放入盆内拌匀。待休息30分钟。Mix and stir all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Rest for 30 mins.

    Step 2

    倒水入CW红魔盒内煮滚, 放上 CW专利猪肠粉盘蒸热。Put water into CW Red Magic Box to boil, stack CW patent chee cheong fun tray on top and grease tray.

    Step 3

    盘内涂油然后倒入120毫升面糊盖着蒸至起泡。Stir batter and spread 120ml into tray, cover and let the bubbles rise up a little bit. Remove and it is done.

    Step 4

    将猪肠粉取出,再把其余蒸完为止。Repeat the rest until finished.
