班兰千层马拉糕
材料A:
幼糖220克、鸡蛋3粒
材料B:
鲜奶180毫升、班兰汁2大匙、班兰香精1茶匙、青色素少许
材料C:(过筛)
低筋面粉250克、双倍发粉2茶匙、苏打粉1/4茶匙
材料D:(溶解)
白兰她油180克
材料E:
咖央1杯、白兰她油适量
做法:
1.把A打发至糖溶解,加入B搅匀。
2.徐徐拌入C,再倒入D搅拌均匀过滤。
3.舀1杓面糊倒入事先备好的油纸蒸盘蒸约5分钟。
4.开盖后抹上一层E的白兰她油再搽上一层咖央并舀入第二层面糊,重复做法至面糊用完。
5.最后一层蒸10分钟即可。




Ingredients A:
220g castor sugar, 3 eggs
Ingredients B:
180g fresh milk, 2 tbsp pandan juice, 1 tsp pandan essence, some green coloring
Ingredients C: (Sifted)
250g super fine flour, 2 tsp double rising flour, 1/4 tsp bicarbonate soda
Ingredients D: (Melted)
180g margarine
Ingredients E:
1 cup kaya, some margarine
Method:
1. Beat ingredients A until sugar dissolved, add in B and mix well.
2.Slowly add in C and then pour in D and mixes well and then filtered.
3.Pour a ladle of batter onto lined baking tray and steam for 5 minutes.
4.Open the lid of steamer, apply a layer of margarine on top of cake and then spread kaya over, the pour in another ladle of batter, steam again. Repeat steps until batter used up.
5.Steam the last layer for 10 minutes.
