材料:

白饭200克、美奶滋4汤匙

调味料:

白醋4茶匙、白糖2茶匙、盐1/8茶匙

馅料:

黄瓜1/2条(切1/2公分宽2公分长) 、红萝卜1条(去皮切1/2公分长条) 、隔夜干咖哩肉

海苔5-6片

做法:

1.把隔夜饭蒸热以方便卷压。

2.把调味料混合,搅拌至糖溶解后加入白饭和美奶滋,搅拌均匀。

3.在海苔上面(光面向下) 铺一层饭料。

4.然后在饭料上铺1条黄瓜、红萝卜和肉,然后卷紧。

5.配酱油和山葵酱吃。

酱汁做法:(煮2分钟至稠即可)

甜酱油2汤匙、普通酱油2汤匙、清水2汤匙、白糖1茶匙

Ingredients:200g cooked Rice, 4 Tbsps mayonnaise

Seasoning:

4 tsps white vinegar,2 tsps sugar,1/8 tsp salt

Filling:

½ cucumber, cut into ½ cm sticks & 2” long,1 small carrot, skinned & cut into ½ cm sticks,rendang meat

5-6 pcs Nori sheets – store bought

Method:

  1. Steam the overnight rice until warm, this is to help it bind together when rolling. If rice is cold it cannot hold its shape.
  2. In a clean bowl combine seasoning ingredients until sugar dissolves. Mix into warm rice & slowly mix in mayonnaise until combined.
  3. Place the nori sheet with the shiny side facing down, spread a layer of rice over the nori sheet.
  4. Place 1 piece of cucumber, carrot, meat, then roll up tightly.
  5. Serve with some light soya sauce & wasabi if wished.

Sauce: {cook sauce for 2 minutes or until thick, remove from heat}

2 Tbsps sweet dark soya sauce,2 Tbsps light soya sauce,2 Tbsps water

1 tsp sugar
