    Step 1

    酸辣椒做法How to make Chutney:将所有酸辣酱材料放入研磨器中研磨成糊状。In a grinder jar, put together all the chutney ingredients. Grind them to paste.

    Step 2

    豆饼做法How to make Vada:将小茴香和花椒磨成粗粉。Grind cumin and pepper corns to coarse powder.

    Step 3

    在碗中加入面粉、小茴香和胡椒粉、凝乳、椰丝、洋葱、香菜叶、生姜、辣椒、咖喱叶、盐,搅拌均匀。Now in a bowl add rava, cumin & pepper mix, curd, coconut grated, onion, coriander leaves, ginger, chili, curry leaves, salt and mix well.

    Step 4

    加入清水调成浓稠的面糊,盖好静置十五分钟。Next add water and make a thick batter. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.

    Step 5

    十五分钟后,将小苏打加入苏吉面糊中,搅拌均匀。After 15 minutes mix baking soda to suji batter and mix well.

    用水弄湿你的手并塑造你的豆饼形状。Now wet your hands with water and give shape to your vadas.

    Step 7

    用中热油将它们炸至金黄色酥脆。Deep fry them in medium hot oil till become golden brown and crisp. Done.
