    材料简单快速的碎腐瓜盅具有消暑解热、减肥等作用,夏天适宜多吃。

    Step 1

    将冬瓜挖出瓤,并在瓜中搽上少许盐蒸10分钟,备用。Remove flesh of winter melon from the center, brush dash of salt on it and steam for 10 minutes, set aside.

    Step 2

    以少许油炒猪肉碎,下鱼胶和豆腐碎炒匀。Sauté minced meat with some oil, toss in fish paste and mashed tofu.

    Step 3

    加入调味料拌炒,熄火后倒入鸡蛋液兜匀,然后填入瓜盅内,蒸10分钟便可。Add in seasoning and stir to mix; off heat and stir in egg sauce; transfer the filling into winter melon and steam for 10 minutes, done.
