    将碎豆酱、蒜末、辣椒末和料酒拌匀后当蒸鱼汁涂在鱼身,上,这貌似粗糙的做法,像是一道代代传承的住家菜,既充满了家的味道也有现代人追求的古早味,每一口都是温情。

    Step 1

    将鱼去鱼鳞除内脏,洗净后在鱼身上划几刀,然后涂上盐和胡椒粉,放入蒸盘中备用。 Clean and wash fish, cut a few slits on both side of fish, marinate with dash of salt & pepper.

    Step 2

    将碎豆酱、蒜末、红辣椒末和米酒混合均匀。Combine sauce ingredients and spread over the whole fish.

    Step 3

    把酱料均匀地涂在鱼身上,放入蒸锅,以大火蒸约7分钟。Steam the fish in high heat for 7 minutes.

    Step 4

    打开锅盖淋上麻油,再盖上继续蒸5分钟,即可取出,趁热享用。Open lid, drizzle in sesame oil and steam again for 5 minutes, done.
