糟香炸肉丸 Foozhou style fried meat ball

材料 :
500克肉碎、1大匙蒜茸、½大匙姜茸、2大匙洋葱碎、1大匙芫茜碎
调味料 :
1½大匙红酒糟、1大匙生抽、½小匙盐、1小匙糖、1小匙麻油、2大匙木薯粉
做法:
1. 将肉碎加入调味料用同一方向拌匀至起胶,加入其余材料拌匀成团。(图1-4)
2. 挤成小丸,放入热油里,用中火炸至金黄色和熟,捞起,滤干油,即可。(图5-6)

INGREDIENTS :
500g minced meat, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, ½ tbsp chopped ginger, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1
tbsp chopped coriander
SEASONING :
1½ tbsp of red wine lees, 1 tbsp soy sauce,½ tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 tablespoons
tapioca flour
METHOD :
1. Marinate minced meat with seasoning and mix well in the same direction until springy. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
to form dough. (Pic 1-4)
2. Squeeze dough into small pellets, deep fry in hot oil until golden brown with medium heat;
