素芝士焗饭 Baked Vegetarian Cheese Rice

【材料】
A:TATURA牛油2汤匙、斋火腿肉100克、白饭500克(弄松)、PAUL’s Thickened Cream1⁄2 盒、盐和胡椒粉适量
B:白果20粒(煮熟)、素鲍鱼1个(切片)、枸杞30粒(短暂浸泡热水)、芥兰花150克(烫熟)、BEGA Cheddar Cheese1块、Floridia Mozzarella Cheese100克(均刨丝)
【额外TATURA牛油炒以下材料】
鲜菇1包( 去蒂)、红枣20粒(洗净泡热水)
9寸方形烤盘(涂额外TATURA牛油)
【做法】
1. 将素火腿切丁;西兰花放入沸水中川烫好备用。(图1-2)
2. 起锅热TATURA牛油,把鲜菇炒至软身后加入调味料,盛出。(图3)
3. 热一汤匙TATURA牛油炒红枣一会后盛出备用。(图4)
4. 另外再热TATURA牛油,把素火腿炒香后以盐和胡椒粉调味,加入白饭和PAUL’s Thickened Cream,炒均匀。(图5)
5. 把炒饭装入耐热烤盘里,然后撒上Floridia MozzarellaCheese和一半的BEGA Cheddar Cheese丝。
6. 然后铺上炒鲜菇、红枣、白果、素鲍鱼、枸杞及芥兰花,再铺上剩余的一半BEGA Cheddar Cheese丝。(图6-7)
7. 放入预热至180℃的烤炉里烤15分钟或至芝士溶解即可。(图8)

【Ingredients】
A:2 heaped Tbsps TATURA butter, 100g vegetarian ham, 500 g cooked rice(fluffed up), 1⁄2 packet PAUL’s Thickened Cream, salt & pepper to taste
B:20 pcs gingko(cooked), 1 piece vegetarian abalone(sliced), 30 pcs kei chi(washed & soaked in hot water), 150g broccoli(blanched), 1 block BEGA Cheddar Cheese (shreadded), 100g Floridia Mozzarella cheese (shreadded)
【Extra TATURA butter for sautéing all these】
1 packet shimeiji mushroom(cleaned & snipped at the ends), 20 pcs red dates(washed & soaked with hot water )
9” square oven proof dish (greased with extra TATURA butter)
【Method】
1. Diced the vegetarian ham; blanched the broccoli in boiling water, drain and set aside.(pic 1-2)
2. Heat TATURA butter in a wok, sauté the fresh mushrooms until tender, adding pepper to taste, remove and set aside. (pic 3)
3. Heat 1 Tbsp TATURA butter, sauté the red dates, set aside.(pic 4)
4. Heat TATURA butter, sauté the vegetarian ham until fragrant adding salt & pepper to taste. Toss in the cooked rice, PAUL’s Thickened Cream and mix until rice is combined.(pic 5)
5. Place the rice into the oven proof dish. Drizzle the rice with Floridia Mozzarella cheese and half of the grated BEGA Cheddar Cheese.
6. Top with the sautéed mushrooms, red dates, gingko, vegetarian abalone, kei chi and broccoli. Sprinkle with the balance shredded BEGA Cheddar Cheese.(pic 6-7)
7. Bake in pre-heat oven @ 180℃ for 15 minutes or just until cheese melts, done.(pic 8)
