红杞番薯炒豆苗 STIR-FRIED PEA SPROUT WITH SWEET POTATO

材料
豌豆苗 200g、番薯 60g(去皮洗净,切粗丝)、木耳 10g(泡发,洗净切丝)、枸杞子 10g(浸泡 10 分钟)、大蒜 15g(切片)、生姜 15g(切丝)、食油 1 汤匙
调味料
酱油 1 茶匙、食盐 1⁄2 茶匙、麻油 1 茶匙
做法
1. 豌豆苗洗净,投入沸水锅内快速汆烫后捞出,沥干水分备用。(图 1)
2. 将食油倒入炒锅内烧热,投入蒜片、姜丝爆香,放入番薯、木耳炒至熟。(图2-3)
3. 投入豆苗、杞子及调味料,快速拌炒均匀即可。(图 4)

清热利湿,润肠通便,明目养颜,健脾化痰
适应症
腹胀食少,消化不良,便秘痔疮,小便色黄

 

Ingredients
200g Dou Meow (pea sprout), 60g sweet potato (peel & coarsely shredded), 10g black fungus (soaked, washed & jullience), 10g GouQi(soaked for 10 minutes), 15g garlic (sliced), 15g ginger (juliennes), 1 tbsp oil
Seasoning
1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sesame oil
Method
1.Wash Dou Meow and blanch in boiling water briskly, drain.(pic 1)
2.Heat oil in wok, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, add in sweet potato and black fungus, stir-fry until cooked. (pic 2-3)
3.Toss in Dou Meao, GouQi and seasoning, stir well and dish out.(pic 4)
Medical function
Constipation, difficulty in urinary, improve vision and strengthen stomach
Indications
Abdominal distension, dyspepsia, constipation and yellowish urine.
