    Step 1

    猪尾与排骨放入沸水中川烫,洗净備用。Blanch pig tail and ribs in boiling water for 5 minutes, wash and drain.

    Step 2

    將猪尾、排骨与红腰豆一起放入瓦煲中,并注入水至半锅。Place pig tail, ribs and kidney beans into clay pot, pour in half pot of water.

    Step 3

    加入蒜头,盖上以大火煮滚。Add in garlic, bring to quick boil.

    Step 4

    转小火继续煲1小时,至材料够软。调入盐,试味便可。Turn to low heat, simmer for 1 hours or until ingredients soften. Season with salt.
