Japchae是韩国特有的冬粉,由番薯制成的粉丝,吃起来类似冬粉但是更有嚼劲,和各种蔬菜搅拌在一起,可当做主食吃,美味、健康又好吃!

    Directions

    Step 1

    将鸿禧菇泡水30分钟,捞起用少许酱油、糖及蒜茸腌好,再以少许油炒熟备用。Soak mogi mushroom in water for about 30 minutes, drain and marinate with with little soy sauce, sugar and minced garlic and then saute with some oil till cook.

    Step 2

    另外把粉丝烫6-7分钟至熟备用。Boil the glass noodle for 6 to 7 minutes., drain and set aside.

    Step 3

    用½汤匙酱油、少许糖、麻油及胡椒粉腌鸡肉,然后下锅炒熟。Season chicken meat with ½ tbsp soy sauce, little sugar and sesame oil, pepper and the stir fry till cooked.

    Step 4

    加入红萝卜丝、大葱、灯笼椒炒均。Add in carrot, onion, bell pepper and fry it.

    Step 5

    然后把粉丝加入炒料中,再加入酱汁炒均即可。Toss in glass noodles and all ingredients;, stir well and add in Japchae sauce, done.
