    Step 1

    先把酱汁搅拌均匀。 Mix well sauce, set it aside.

    Step 2

    烧热锅,下油和姜片爆香然后倒进酱汁。 Heat some oil in wok, saute ginger slices, add in sauce.

    3.把冬菇和云耳加进稍微煮软,加入白菜、 面筋、冬粉和胡萝卜。 Add in mushroom and fungus fry until softens, add cabbage, wheat gluten, glass noodle and carrot stir fry evenly and bring to boils.

    Step 4

    4.加盖焖煮到你要的干度即可上盘。 Cover with lid and simmer with medium heat till thicken and ready to serve.
