    Step 1

    把节瓜剖开,然后切成3公分长段,然后以热油稍微炒一炒,炒时撒入少许鸡粉,盛出。Cut luffa sponge gourd into half and into 3 cm length pieces. Add a little oil in a wok and stir-fry luffa pieces briefly. Sprinkle a little chicken stock powder over when stir-frying. Dish out and arrange on a serving plate.

    Step 2

    用叉把豆腐捣烂,然后加入鸡肉和虾肉碎,再拌入调味料A,搅拌均匀后捏成小丸,然后沾上生粉,以中火炸至金黄色;盛出,放在节瓜上。Smash tofu with a fork and mix with the minced meat and prawns. Add in seasoning A. Stir well and make small balls from the mixture. Coat the tofu meat balls with corn flour then deepfry in medium hot oil till golden brown. Dish out and arrange on top of the luffa sponge gourd.

    Step 3

    把鸡高汤煮滚,加入调味料B,煮至稠浓后淋在节瓜上即可。Bring chicken stock to a boil in a small saucepan. Add seasoning B. Stir briefly until the gravy is just thick. Pour the gravy over the luffa sponge gourd dish.Serve at once.
