如果不想吃鸡肉,可以用鱼肉代替鸡肉,同样好吃。
用调味料腌鸡肉数小时。Marinate chicken with seasoning for several hours.
把粉料混合,然后放入腌鸡肉,把粉料粘均在鸡肉上。Combine flour mixture in a mixing bowl. Add the marinated chicken and press mixture tightly to ensure the mixture is well coated with the chicken.
把咖哩叶投入热油中炸香后盛出,用同一锅油以中低火把鸡肉炸2-3分钟,然后把鸡肉盛出。把油大火加热后再让鸡肉回锅,炸至酥脆即可。Deep-fry curry leaves until fragrant. Dish out and put aside. With the remaining hot oil deep-fry chicken pieces over medium low heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove chicken and heat oil over high heat. Return chicken to the oil and fry until crispy. Dish out and serve immediately.
