    把咖哩叶投入热油中炸香后盛出,用同一锅油以中低火把鸡肉炸2-3分钟,然后把鸡肉盛出。把油大火加热后再让鸡肉回锅,炸至酥脆即可。Deep-fry curry leaves until fragrant. Dish out and put aside.
