【材料】
金瓜1粒(900克)、青瓜1条(装饰)、食油2汤匙
【馅料】
白玉菇½盒、杏鲍菇3朵(切片)、西芹1条(切粒)、嫩粟米5条(切粒)、青、红、黄灯笼椒各½粒(切丁)、夏果10粒
【调味料】
调味素½茶匙、盐½茶匙、沙茶酱½茶匙、麻油½茶匙、酱油½茶匙
【做法】
1. 将青瓜切薄片围碟。(图1-2)
2. 金瓜从顶端切开,挖去里面的籽,做成一个盅,放入蒸炉内蒸熟备用。(图3)
3. 锅内热少许油,加入所有馅料拌炒2分钟后,加入调味料炒匀。(图4-7)
4. 将馅料填入蒸好的南瓜即可。(图8)

【Ingredients】
1 whole pumpkin (about 900g), 1 cucumber(garnishing), 2 tbsp cooking oil
【Filling】
3 white button mushroom, 1 drumstick mushroom (slices), 1 cerely (diced), 5 baby corn (diced), ½ green,
red and yellow capsicum ( diced), 10 pcs macadamia
【Seasoning】
½ tsp vegetarian stock granule, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp Taiwanese satay sauce, ½ tsp sesame oil, ½ tsp soy
sauce
【Method】
1. Slices cucumber and surround the plate. (pic 1-2)
2. Open cut the pumpkin head and empty its flesh to make bowl, steam until cooked. (pic 3)
3. Heat oil in wok, add in all filling ingredients and stir fry for 2 minutes, toss in all seasoning.(pic 4-7)
4. Stuff the filling into steamed pumpkin and serve. (pic 8)
