Directions
用搅拌器把海绵蛋糕混合料、蛋及牛奶搅拌 约8-10分钟至发起。加入牛油与香草精。 Using FABER Stand Mixer, fitted with a balloon whisk, whisk over high speed, instant sponge mix, eggs & water/ milk. This takes about 8-10 minutes. Fold in melted butter & essence.
将面糊倒入蛋糕模具中. Pour into prepared cake tin
放入FABER 烤炉烤10-15分钟,以竹签插入,测试熟度.让蛋糕待在模具里冷 后才扣出,剖成半。 bake for 10-15 minutes or until skewer inserted comes out clean. Leave cake to cool completely, before cutting into a two, vertically. You will only need 1 piece for this cake.
在小锅内将鲜奶油煮至滚后加入黑巧克力,继续搅拌 至溶,离火。放置1-2小时让它冷却。 Heat cream in a non-stick pot, and once cream comes to a boil, add the grated chocolate and stir. Remove from heat once chocolate melts.Leave to cool and thicken, about 1-2 hours.
用FABER搅拌器把装饰用的甜鲜奶油搅拌至发起, 冷藏备用。 Using FABER Stand Mixer, fitted with a balloon whisk, whisk the chilled non dairy sweerened fresh cream until stiff. Refrigerate until needed.
铺一片巧克力海绵蛋糕在盘上,淋上软心巧克力浆, 涂上鲜奶油后铺上草莓,再涂上鲜奶油。 Lay a layer of chocolate sponge on the cake platter.Drizzle chocolate over and top with fresh cream and lay a layer of fresh strawberries, top with fresh cream again.
叠上一片海绵蛋糕,涂上鲜奶油后铺上草莓,淋上软 心巧克力浆,再涂上鲜奶油。 Place the plain sponge cake,spread fresh cream, lay strawberries, drizzle chocolate, spread sweetened fresh cream on top.
最后再叠上一层巧克力海绵蛋糕,将整个蛋糕涂满鲜 奶油。 Place the last chocolate layer over and cover whole cake with fresh cream.
将蛋糕收入冰箱至少2小时后才淋上软心巧克力浆, 并以草莓做装饰。再收入冰箱至少2小时才切片享用。 Refrigerate cake for 2 hours before pouring the chocolate ganache over. Place fresh strawberries and refrigerate for another 2 hours before slicing.
