    Step 1

    把药膳与一杯水放入锅中,以中小火预先煮25分钟至出味。In a small pot, add herbal and 1 cup of water, cook with low heat for 25 minutes until aromatic.

    Step 2

    鱼洗净,搽上少许盐及胡椒粉腌制10分钟。Wash fish, marinate wih some salt and pepper for 10 minutes.

    Step 3

    排入姜片及加入药膳(做法1)汤汁。Arrange fish on steam plate, top with ginger and herbal sauce.

    Step 4

    加入调味料大火蒸12分钟。Season with chicken granule stock, steam with high heat for 12 minutes.

    Step 5

    铺入青葱丝及椒片,即可熄火取出享用。Garnish with some shredded spring onion, off heat and serve.
