    Step 1

    鸡腿汆烫沸水洗净。Blanch chicken leg, wash and set aside.

    Step 2

    把已处理好的鸡腿及青柠放入炖盅,并注入水盖过鸡腿,盖上炖煮2小时。Arrange chicken leg and lime into double boiler, pour in water which enough cover all ingredients, cover and cook for 2 hours.

    Step 3

    取出调入盐试味便可。Season with some salt before serve.
