营养坚果蛋挞Special Nuts Egg Tarts

【皮料】
A:牛油120克、糖粉30克、炼奶1汤匙、B蛋1粒
B:低筋面粉250克、腰果核桃粉30克、发粉 1⁄2茶匙

【馅料】
清水250毫升、糖120克、鸡蛋3粒(打散)、芝士粉1茶匙、南瓜籽粉2茶匙、云尼拉香精1茶匙

【做法】
1.用电动搅拌器把A料拌打至松发后,加入B料拌成面团。(图1-2)
2.把面团压在挞膜里,挤压均匀,切除额外挞皮,放入预热的烤箱以180℃烘15分钟取出。待冷备用。(图3-4)
3.在小锅中将馅料中的清水加糖混合煮至溶,加入其余的馅料搅拌5分钟至稠,倒入挞膜内至满。(图5-6)
4.将挞放入烘炉内继续烘5分钟至熟即可。

【Tarts shell Ingredients】
A:120g butter, 30g icing sugar, 1 tbsp condensed milk, 1 B egg
B: 250g low protein flour, 30g Cashew Nut and Walnut Powder, 1⁄2 tsp baking powder

【Filling】
250g water, 120g sugar, 3 eggs (beaten), 1 tsp cheese powder, 2 tbsp Pumpkin Seed Powder, 1 tsp vanilla essence

【Method
1.Use an electric mixer, beat ingredients A till fluffy, add in B ingredients, mix well and knead into dough. (pic 1-2)
2.Press the dough into tarts moulds, scrapping of excess with a knife, bake in pre-heat oven at 180℃ for 15 minutes, leave the casing to cool. (pic 3-4)
3.Cook the water with sugar till dissovle, add in the rest filling ingredients and mix well about 5 mintues till thicken, pouring into tarts mould.(pic 5-6)
4.Bake the tarts again into oven for about 5 minutes, done.
