蒜茸金针菇Garlic Enoki Mushroom

【材料】
金针菇2包、大蒜2瓣、指天椒2条(切碎)、青葱1棵(切粒)

【调味料】
酱油3茶匙、糖1茶匙

【做法】
1.金针菇切除茎部撕成小束,洗干净滤干。
2.准备一锅水分批次的将金针菇进行焯水,焯水完成后,把水沥干,摆在盘里。(图1)
3.大蒜剁细,把锅烧热,爆香蒜茸与指天椒,加入酱油与糖调味。(图2-3)
4.淋在金针菇上,撒上青葱粒即可上桌。(图4)

【Ingredients】
2 pkts Enoki mushroom, 2 pips garlic (chopped), 2 stalk red chilli padi (sliced), 1 stalk spring onion (chopped)

【Seasoning】
3 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar

【Method】
1. Trim off the stem of enoki mushroom, wash and drain.
2. Blanch mushroom in a pot of boiling water, drain and arrange in plate. (pic 1)
3. Chop garlic and sauté in wok until fragrant; and then toss in seasoning and chilli padi. (pic 2-3)
4. Pour sauce over mushroom, sprinkle chopped spring onion over and serve. (pic 4)
