    虾仁清淡爽口,口感Q弹,与煮熟后有着香脆韧劲口感的藜麦搭配,营养丰富又低脂!

    Step 1

    鲜虾洗净去壳留尾,加入海盐和胡椒粉,腌制15分钟,备用。Wash prawns, shelled and keep tail intact.

    Step 2

    藜麦洗净、煮熟,备用。Wash Quinoa, boil until cooked.

    Step 3

    冷锅下橄榄油,爆香蒜茸后,下鲜虾炒至熟,熄火,备用。Heat olive oil in pan, sauté garlic until fragrant, add in prawns and stir-frying until cooked.

    Step 4

    取一盘子,依次序摆入沙拉菜、熟藜麦和酪梨丁和炒虾(连同炒虾油),享用前,挤上适量柠檬汁调味即可。Arrange salad greens, Quinoa, avocado and prawns on serving plate, pour some dressing over and serve.
