虾酱炸鸡翼 Balacan Chicken Wings

【材料】
鸡翅膀6个、蒜米茸20克、红椒茸20克
【调味料】
虾酱3茶匙、糖½茶匙、鸡蛋1粒、面粉适量
【做法】
1. 先将鸡翅膀和全部材料、调味料一起腌至少2小时。(图1)
2. 烧开油后将鸡翅膀炸至金黄色即可上碟。(图2-3)

【Ingredients】
6 chicken wings, 20g chopped garlic, 20g chopped red chili
【Seasoning】
3 tbsp balacan paste, ½ tsp sugar, 1 egg, some plain flour
【Method】
1. Marinate chicken wings with all other ingredients and seasoning for 2 hours.

2. Heat oil in wok, deep fry the chicken wings until golden brown, dish out and drain.(pic 2-3)
