    Step 1

    把排骨切三寸长洗净汆烫备用。 Chop ribs into 3 inches blocks; and then blanch in boing water.

    把腌料搅拌均匀。 Combine marinades ingredients

    Step 3

    腌排骨20分钟。 marinate ribs for 20 minutes.

    Step 4

    热一锅油,以大火炸排骨至金黄色,捞起沥油。 Heat oil in wok, deep fry the ribs until golden brown, drain。

    Step 5

    蜜瓜依照图片切出一个环,去瓜囊,再将其余蜜瓜 果肉切丁备用。将炸酥的排骨矗立的排在蜜瓜环内再把果肉摆好; 淋上千岛酱享用。 Cut melon into ring according to picture, remove seeds; cut the rest of melon into cubes. Place fried ribs standing in the middle of melon ring, surround with melon cubes; pour dressing over to serve.
