蚧肉炒饭Fried Rice with Crab Meat

【材料】
白冷饭2碗、冷冻蚧肉120克、大葱头1粒(切丁)、鸡蛋2粒(打散)、
葱花1汤匙
【调味料】
盐、鸡精粉及胡椒粉适量
【做法】
1.烧热3汤匙油,放入鸡蛋液快速炒熟,略置一旁。
2.在同样的镬中加入大葱丁炒香,拌入蚧肉,冷饭及调味料以大火翻炒
均匀即可盛起,并撒入葱花。
【INGREDIENTS A】
3 bowls cold white rice, 120g frozen crab meat, 1 onion(diced), 2 eggs
(beaten), 1 tbsp chopped spring onion
【SEASONING】
Dash of salf, pepper & chicken stock granule
【METHOD】
1.Heat up 3 tbsp oil and stir-fry egg sauce until cooked then push aside.
2.At the same wok, add in onion and saut’e until fragrant, toss in crab meat, rice and seasoning, stir-fry in high heat until well mix, dish out and sprinkle spring onion on top.
