    Step 1

    把丝瓜去皮,切成5公分厚片。Peeled and cut angled gourds into 5cm thick slices.

    Step 2

    把酱汁材料混合,加入丝瓜。Combine sauce ingredients in a deep plate.Add in angled gourd slices.

    Step 3

    放入蒸锅蒸5分钟或至熟软,把丝瓜过滤排碟。Steam angled gourds for 5 minutes or until soft. Drain and arrange gourd pieces on a serving plate.

    Step 4

    把酱汁再加热,勾芡,然后加入鸡蛋。Reheat sauce ingredients in a saucepan.Drizzle in thickening then add in beaten egg to mix.

    Step 5

    把酱汁淋在丝瓜上,再撒入装饰料即可。Pour the sauce around the dish and add garnishing.
