    色泽红亮油润的蜜汁排骨,边缘处烤得微微有点焦,香气十足,这鲜咸香甜,吃完还不忘记舔手指。

    Step 1

    肉排骨加入腌料捞匀,腌置2-3小时至入味。Marinate ribs with condiments for 2-3 hours.

    Step 2

    把肉排骨放入气压锅内,并注入水盖上,以气压焖煮10分钟,释放气压后开盖,取出。Put marinated ribs in pressure cooker, pour in water and cook under pressure for 10 minutes, release pressure and dish out.

    Step 3

    把肉排骨均匀揸上蜜汁酱,再放入烤炉以200℃烧烤,两面至微焦便可。中途烧烤时,再次揸上蜜汁酱1-2次。Brush honey graze all over the ribs, and bake in oven at 200℃ until both sides turns brown (apply additional 1-2 time of graze in mid-way).
