    鲍鱼菇面大朵、水分多、甜度高,吃来脆香爽口如鲍鱼。

    Step 1

    鲍鱼菇切丝;灯笼椒洗净后切细丝备用。Shredded abalone mushroom; capsicum wash and slices, set aside.

    Step 2

    鲍鱼菇及灯笼椒分别放入热水氽烫,捞起放入冰块水里冰镇一下,再用厨房纸巾吸干水分排碟。Blanch abalone mushroom and capsicum in boiling water, drain and arrange into ice water, soak for a while. Drain and arrange on plate.

    Step 3

    接着淋上泰式辣椒酱汁,以芫荽装饰即可。Drizzle Thai sauce over, garnish with some coriander leaves, done.
