    Step 1

    用腌肉料腌制鸡翼1-2小时,然后滴干,再以热油炸至金黄色。Marinate chicken with condiments the leave aside for at least 1-2 hours. Drain and deep-fry marinated chicken in hot oil until golden brown. Remove and put aside.

    Step 2

    留1汤匙油在锅里,加入香茅,炒至香后加入指天椒、辣椒干及蒜蓉,炒一会。Leave 1 tbsp oil in the wok and saute lemongrass until fragrant. Add bird's eye chilli, dried chillies and garlic. Fry for a while.

    Step 3

    倒入酱汁材料,焖煮约1分钟,然后把炸鸡翼回锅,拌炒均匀后盛出,趁热吃。Pour in sauce and allow to simmer for a munute. Put back chicken to the wok. Toss and fry until chicken is well coated with the sauce. Serve immediately.
