螃蟹肉饼 Crab Cakes

材料
蟹肉200克
鸡蛋1个
美乃滋2汤匙
面包糠60克
青葱2汤匙(切薄片)
香菜1汤匙(切碎)
肯瓊香料粉1茶匙
盐½茶匙
食用油
做法
1.除了蟹肉,在碗中混合面包糠和其他
材料并搅拌均匀,最好才加入蟹肉,不
要搅拌过多以免弄碎蟹肉。(图1-4)
2.把材料捏成8个球形,在平底锅里加少
许油煎至两面金黄。(图5-6)
3.搭配美乃滋享用。

Ingredients
200g Crab meat
1 pcs Egg
2 tbsp Mayonaise
60g Bread crumbs
2 tbsp Spring Onions(thinly sliced)
1 tbsp Coriander(chopped)
1 tsp Cajun Spiced
½ tsp Salt
Oil for pan fry
Method
1. In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, and all the others ingredients
except crab meat. Mix well then only we add in the crabmeat
to avoid breaking too much. To keep the crabmeat more
chunky. (Pic 1-4)
2. Shape it into 8 balls and fry in a pan with a little oil till both side
golden brown. (Pic 5-6)
3. Serve it with some Japanese mayonnaise.
