把排骨及其余材料全部混合,加入调味料拌匀,收 入冰箱隔夜,使其更入味。 Mix pork ribs and all ingredients together with seasoning, keep in refrigerator overnight.
Step 2
将排骨放入蒸炉以大火蒸半小时,上桌时铺上芹 菜、青葱粒和辣椒丝装饰即可。 Steamed the pork ribs in high heat for 30 minutes, sprinkle chopped spring onion, chinese celery and red chilli on top before serve.
