辣酱焗鸡翼 Spicy Chicken Wings

【材料】
鸡翼6只
【腌鸡料】
红萝卜50克、芹菜1棵、大葱头1粒、青葱1棵(全用刀拍烂)、生抽3汤匙、糖2茶匙、绍兴酒3汤匙、水50毫升
【辣汁】
蕃茄酱1汤匙、辣椒酱3汤匙、喼汁1汤匙、H&P酱 1⁄2汤匙、糖1汤匙、柠檬2片、清水5汤匙
【做法】
1. 鸡翼洗净剁成2段,去除翼尖,加入腌鸡料拌匀,腌置6小时以上。(图1-5)
2. 取出腌好的鸡翼,丢弃蔬菜渣,排放在平底不黏锅,以慢火煎至金黄色。(图6-7)
3. 另锅放入辣酱及煎香鸡翼,以中火煮至汁干即可。(图8)

50g carrot, 1 stalk Chinese celery, 1 onion, 1 stalk spring onion (smashed all), 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp

1 tbsp tomato sauce, 3 tbsp chili sauce, 1 tbsp L&P sauce, 1⁄2 tbsp H&P sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 slices lem-
on, 5 tbsp water
【Method】
1.Wash and cut chicken wings into two, remove the tips and marinate with condiments for at least 6

2.Remove chicken wings from condiments and sear in non-stick pan in low heat until golden brown.(pic

3.Boil spicy sauce with seared chicken wings in another clean pan until gravy dry up, done. (pic 8)
