    素食也可以很精彩,这道酸甜素鱼味道已经够吸引,加上香脆的腰豆更加分。

    Step 1

    素鱼做法To Prepare Mock Fish; 把鲜豆包切成粗条,豆干压烂,加入调味料拌匀。Cut gluten into thick strips; smashed the harden beancurd and mix with seasoning.

    Step 2

    摊开腐皮,涂上少许面糊对折压平,加入素鱼料卷成圆筒形,整形成素鱼形状,用面糊封口,再包上一张保鲜纸,排在整盘里。Lay a sheet of beancurd on table, brush with some batter, fold and flatten, top with gluten and harden beancurd, roll up to become fish shape. Roll up and seal end with cornflour and wrap with clig wrap, arrange on plate.

    Step 3

    放入已煮滚水的蒸笼里,用大火蒸15-20分钟,取出待凉即可。Steam into steamer with high heat for 15-20 minutes, done.

    Step 4

    把素鱼斜划4刀,拍上适量粟米粉,放入热油炸至金黄色,盛在碟里。Slice cut mock fish, pat with some corn flour, deep fry in hot oil till golden brown, dish out and set aside.

    Step 5

    留下1大匙油炒香黄梨和青红甜椒,加入调味料煮滚,淋在素鱼上,最后撒上腰豆即可。Keep 1 tbsp oil in wok, sauté pineapple and capsicum till fragrant, add in seasoning and bring to boil. Pour sauce over the fish, sprinkle with some toasted cashew nuts, done.
