酿豆腐,当然不是只是拿豆腐来酿啦,拿马鲛鱼肉打成鱼浆,酿入你喜好的蔬菜内,可以煮汤或煎香后来吃,同样可口美味。

    Step 1

    鱼胶:将鱼片切成小块然后剁成浆。加入盐、调味料、玉米粉和水,混合均匀揉成鱼胶。To prepare the fish: Cut the fish fillet into smaller pieces, then use the side of the knife to smash the fish into a paste. Add in salt, seasoning powder, corn flour and water. Mix it well to form a paste/dough consistency.

    Step 2

    加入葱花混合均匀,拿起鱼胶往碗内抛打8-10次至有弹性为止。Add in spring onion, and lift then fish paste up. Then smash it into the bowl for about 8-10 times to create more bouncy texture.

    Step 3

    打好鱼胶后,酿入所有蔬菜。Once fish paste is ready, prepare all the vegetables to do stuffing.

    Step 4

    酿好后,热锅下油,放入酿料煎至全熟。Once all completed, deep fry in hot oil until fish paste and vegetables is fully cook.

    Step 5

    享用时淋上辣椒酱和甜酱。Served it with chili sauce and sweet sauce.
