金碎甘香鱼 Gold Dust Delicious Fish

材料(A)
苏眉鱼500克、盐、胡椒粉和糖适量
材料(B):
菜脯碎50克、糖2茶匙、虾米碎50克
材料(C):
生抽2汤匙、蚝油1汤匙、糖1茶匙、麻油 1/2茶匙、上汤1/2杯(为食粉打芙)
做法 :
1. 将盐,胡椒粉和糖擦匀在鱼上,放入锅内煎至两边金黄色。
2. 放入(B)料炒香,取出。
3. 倒(C)料入锅内煮滚,拌入芡汁然后淋入鱼内。
4. 洒(B)料在鱼上即可趁热进食。

500gm some fish, salt, pepper and sugar to taste
Ingredients (8) :
50gm chopped chai poh, 2tsp sugar, 50gm chopped dried shrimps
Ingredients (C) :
2tbsp soy sauce, 1tbsp oyster sauce, 1tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1/2 cup broth (Sobests
flour solut on)
Method :
1. Rub salt, pepper and sugar all over fish, pan fry both side until golden brown.
2. Add in (B) stir fry until fragrant, remove.
3. Pour (C) into wok, bring to the boil, stir in flour solut on and pour into fish.
4. Sprinkle (B) on fish and serve hot.
