    Step 1

    将年糕切片备用。Slice Nian Goo and set aside.

    Step 2

    把脆浆粉材料混合至没有颗粒备用。Mixes all batter ingredients until smooth.

    Step 3

    热油锅至80℃。Heat oil in wok until 80℃.

    Step 4

    用两片年糕夹一片紅蕃薯,然后裹上脆浆粉,入油锅內炸至金黃色即可。Sandwich Nian gao slice with 1 sweet potato slice; coat with batter and deep fry until golden brown.
