    五香肉丁(Spiced Pork Cubes)常见的罐头。它可以用来配饭,又或者用来炒面或炒饭。

    Step 1

    在豆包上撒少许生粉,然后放入热油炸至酥脆,滴干。Lightly sprinkle potato starch over sliced fresh bean curd and then deep fry in hot oil till crispy. Dish out for use later.

    Step 2

    准备铁板,以小火烧热。Heat a hot plate ready for use over low heat.

    Step 3

    起锅热1汤匙麻油,把姜和古龙牌丁香鱼爆香,然后加入古龙牌五香肉丁和古龙牌香脆菜心。Heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil and sauté shredded ginger and GULONG Brand Sprat till fragrant. Add GULONG Brand Spiced Pork Cubes and GULONG Brand Pickled Lettuce.

    Step 4

    加入混合调味料,再加入红萝卜及 青豆,煮滚。Add combined seasoning mixture followed by carrot and snow peas. Stir and cook to a gentle boil.

    Step 5

    以生粉水勾芡后移到铁板上,加热至冒烟即可上桌。Thicken with starch and dish out, pour mixture into the hot plate and allow sizzling briefly. Serve at once.
