    好吃到不行的菲律宾国菜——阿多博卤鸡,香浓,软糯,入口即化的鸡肉配上热腾腾的白米饭,减肥的人请自行绕道而过!

    Step 1

    先把鸡肉块用酱油、黑酱油、胡椒粉、少许玉米油、2片月桂叶腌30分钟。Marinate chicken with soy sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper, corn oil and bay leace for 30 minutes.

    Step 2

    热油内放入鸡肉块两面煎香。Heat some oil in wok, pan fry the chicken till both size golden brown.

    Step 3

    鸡肉块煎至上色后,放入蒜末、大葱、黑胡椒碎、月桂叶翻炒。Cook until chicken turn color, toss in chopped garlic, onion , black pepper and bay leave, stir well.

    Step 4

    把腌制鸡肉的酱汁倒入,加点水文火焖煮。Add in chicken marinated sauce and water, simmer for a while.

    Step 5

    放入盐、糖调味。Season with salt and sugar.

    Step 6

    最后加入白醋后煮至汁稠,即可熄火上桌。Add in white vinegar, stir occasionally. Let it simmer till the gravy become a bit thicken, ready to serve.
