雪菜坚果炒饭Fried Rice With Preserved Vegetable And Nuts

【材料】
熟饭2碗、雪菜100克、红萝卜80克、素火腿50克、南瓜籽30克、核桃30克、姜碎2茶匙

【调味料】
盐½茶匙、胡椒粉½茶匙、麻油1茶匙

【做法】
1.把雪菜冲洗干净,沥干切碎待用。
2.红萝卜和素火腿切丁粒。
3.南瓜籽、核桃烤香用。
4.烧热油1汤匙,炒香素火腿和姜碎,加入雪菜、红萝卜和饭一起翻炒至饭粒松散。
5.加入调味料和坚果,继续炒至均匀即可。

【Ingredients】
2 bowl cooked rice, 100g presseved vegetables, 80g carrot, 50g vegan ham, 30g pumpkin seed, 30g walnut, 2 tsp chopped ginger

【Seasoning】
½ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, 1 tsp sesame oil

【Method】
1. Wash the presseved vegetables, drain and chopped, set aside.
2.Chopped carrot and vegan ham, set aside.
3.Toast the pumpkin seed and walnut, set aside.
4.Coat the rest pork chop with the flour and deep fried in hot oil till golden brown.
5.Heat oil in wok, saute ham and chopped ginger till fragrant, add in presseved vegetable, carrot and rice, stir fry until the rice is loose.
6.Toss in seasoning and nuts, stir fry well, done.
